How community4o is operated as a professional digital writing product

Product scope statement

community4o is a standalone SaaS product for creative writing support. It is not an API resale service, not a human consulting service, and not a marketplace.

1. What customers get

Customers receive immediate digital access to a writing-focused AI chat workspace for drafting, rewriting, dialogue iteration, and story structuring.

2. Safety and restricted uses

We do not permit illegal use, harassment, impersonation, NSFW content, deceptive claims, spam/scraping abuse, or other harmful use patterns.

3. Billing transparency

Pricing, renewal cadence, and plan limits are shown before checkout. Billing is processed by DodoPayments as our payment processor.

Customers can cancel renewals any time from billing management and can contact support if cancellation assistance is needed.

4. Refund and dispute handling

If customers experience duplicate billing or a platform-side technical issue that prevents service use, we review and resolve refund requests case by case. We encourage customers to contact support before filing a payment dispute so issues can be resolved quickly.
