1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of this chat service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. AI output and no professional advice

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, misleading, or incorrect. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice. Do not rely on outputs as a substitute for a qualified professional.

3. Safety and emergency use

The service is not an emergency or crisis service and is not monitored for urgent intervention. If you believe you or another person is in danger, call local emergency services immediately (in the United States call 911). 4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, exploitation, infringement of rights, abusive automation, attempts to bypass safeguards, or activity that can harm others.

You may not use the service for NSFW/adult content, impersonation, deceptive claims, spam or scraping abuse, or prohibited categories under payment and compliance partner rules.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are processed by DodoPayments. Subscription billing, renewals, taxes, and payment method handling are managed by DodoPayments under their terms and policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel future renewals at any time.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges or platform-side technical issues that prevent product use. Contact contact@community4o.com before filing payment disputes so we can resolve issues promptly.

6. Availability and enforcement

Usage may be limited by credits, rate limits, or technical safeguards. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or violations of applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent allowed by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
